Return & Exchange Policy – Duazan

At Duazan, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. All our jackets are made using premium materials, and we take every possible step to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. However, please note that slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting effects or screen settings, and some details may appear slightly different in images.

If you experience a sizing issue or a major color discrepancy, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Return Procedure

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via the email address provided on our Contact Us page.

  • Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subject to the following deductions:

    • 30% deduction if canceled after 24 hours

    • 50% deduction if canceled after 3 days but before shipping

  • Once an order has been confirmed for more than 3 days, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and include original tags and packaging.

  • If the issue is due to an error on our end, return or exchange will be processed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers must clearly mention the issue along with order details and attach clear photos of the product and order confirmation when contacting us.

  • Exchanges for size will be provided; however, shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer, depending on the product’s weight.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Orders placed for the same item in multiple sizes or colors

  • Errors made by the customer during order placement

Important Notes for Returns & Exchanges

  • Please ensure your request is made within the specified timeframe.

  • Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide an RMA number, which must be clearly mentioned on the return package.

  • Duazan does not charge any additional taxes or hidden fees. However, any customs duties or import charges imposed by your country will be the customer’s responsibility.
